Dr. Joya Paul was a pleasure to work with during my virtual appointment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. She took the time to explain what was entailed in my upcoming sleep lab appointment and how we would proceed if it revealed that I had sleep apnea. She also suggested a bedtime routine and sleep schedule to assist me with my ongoing insomnia. Additionally, she explained why insomnia and sleep apnea occurs. I felt that she is an excellent fit with me for my ongoing medical care for insomnia.
