Dr. Dzwinyk is a classical "Man of Science": empathetic, sensitive, kind and solicitous, and thoroughly skilled in his medical specialty. Perhaps "over-qualified" for his position. He should be inspiring young physicians in correct clinical care and leading Endeavor into the future.
