Never returns calls and never listens to concerns brought forward by caretaker for patient. TERRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER. ONLY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT BILLING AND NOT ABOUT ACTUALLY PATIENTS.

The Nurse and the Doctor were extremely helpful and calm, they were asking the right questions and were very soft spoken.

Very nice and understanding. She said she was a gerentologist. Does this mean I'm not old enough for her to be my primary? One of the notes in the portal directed me to follow up with my primary. I thought I was there to establish her as my primary.
